About me

Farmers Cabin Fitness —

I care about health longevity, not about how we look, but how can we feel and how our bodies perform. I help people achieve their fitness goals with a focus on strength, conditioning, balance and speed through martial arts. Can we build bodies that are strong, reliable, and built to last? Our muscles are our tools for longevity, safety and freedom as we age. Here's a bit more about who I am, what I do, and how I think and approach my training.

Practicing since 2016

Ten years of practicing Muay Thai, partnered with a lifelong commitment to health and fitness.

I'm a recently qualified personal trainer and Muay Thai Kru (instructor) with 10 years of practicing Muay Thai, based in Brighouse, West Yorkshire, and working online. Training and coaching aren't separate jobs to me — they're one craft.

The result is effective, personalized training built with intention — and a direct line to the person actually doing the work, from the first taster to achieving your fitness goals.

Do I need to have done Muay Thai or any Martial Arts before?
No. I happily work with clients of all experience levels. I will tailor the training to your level and goals, and provide guidance and support every step of the way.
What do I need to bring to a session?
Comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, gloves will be provided but you are welcome to bring your preferred equipment for Muay Thai.
How long is a typical session?
A typical session is 60 minutes long, but I also offer 30-minute taster sessions, this is for your very first training session with me. If you require a bespoke session length, I can accommodate that as well.
How do I book a session?
You can book a session by contacting me through the website. I will guide you through the available options and schedule a session that fits your needs.

Yes — It is a working farm. Three generations of family live and work on the farm. There are many cows, sheep and a few other animals, including chickens that you may spot on the farm during your session.
Are sessions open to the public?
No. Sessions are by appointment only. You need to book in advance to attend a session as a PAR-Q form must be filled out and is required.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. Online sessions are available for clients who cannot attend in person. These sessions are conducted via video call and are tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Can I visit the farm?
If you would like to visit the farm, and have a pre-school aged child, please check out Little Farmers Cabin. For availability, where your young one can play and meet the animals in a suitable age appropriate way.
